Agile, done right, can be hard. Especially at Scale, where “ownership” and “alignment” can be at odds. We can help.

Are your agile teams moving in the same direction, or pushing against each other?

We can help.

Experience helping a Fortune 300 Financial Services firm define Roles and Responsibilities outside of the core Agile Roles (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Developers).

SAFe is, in our opinion, overly complex for most organizations - even large enterprises. It tends to lead to "top-down” direction, rather than the true product ownership at the team level that is needed for agile to scale effectively.

There are a number of good scales agile frameworks, including Scrum@Scale, Nexus, Large Scale Scrum (LeSS), and SAFe. If you are working within one of these frameworks, we can help optimize it, or modify as needed to suit your needs.

In any case, it’s important to remember that agile, when done right, allows significant ownership, freedom, and support for each team, each individual, to do what is right to achieve well-define business objectives that are measured and tracked.
