Got a product idea?
We’ll help you get it off the ground
“You can do anything with software. You just can’t do everything.”
We know new-to-the-world software products.
Building new software from scratch is exceptionally hard. For every Google, Spotify and Zoom success story, there are ten or twenty failures. There is nothing that I enjoy more than bringing a new idea to life, working with entrepreneurs/ intrapreneurs, engineers, designers and customers to deliver The Next Big Thing.
In particular, since 2010, when I co-created the Kellogg MBA course, “Product Management for Technology Companies”, I set out to understand:
What do the best companies in the world do for innovation?
What are the best methods? (Thought and “framework” leaders like Ulqick and Blank and Reis and Klien), and, especially,
How can I adopt these practices to best suite my own “guerilla” needs?
From my research, the course I created, the leading firms whom I worked with during the course (Amazon’s Kindle team, Microsoft’s Xbox Team, Salesforce.com and numerous top startups), and my own working experience, I have developed my own “New Product Toolkit” that is specially designed to spend the minimum time on “process”, to deliver actual working software as expeditiously as possible.
